INSIGHTS

Can you teach us a little bit about how certain foods can fuel our bodies, while others make us sluggish?

  1. How often should we (and our kids) eat? As in, a little mid-day snack or full meal-- to avoid fogginess, sugar crash, etc.

  2. Whether intentionally or not, parents "hand down" habits and lifestyles to their kids. What are some of the dietary and physical activity trends most concerning to you being transferred to the next generation?

  3. Now let's talk how we can positively influence our kids in this area:

    1. What are some great snack options for our kids and/or us?

    2. What are easy lunch options to pack in lunchboxes?

  4. We allI have full schedules. Can you give us your top 3 tips to incorporate a healthy lifestyle that helps us fuel our bodies as well as our minds even in the midst of such busyness?
