About Katy Brooks

Katy Brooks is an ERYT 500 certified yoga instructor. She also holds a certification in trauma yoga specific to veterans, individuals with PTSD, victims of domestic abuse, and women coming out of sex trafficking. 

Katy also works as a mentor to new yoga instructors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With 8 years of teaching experience and over 2000 classes taught, she focuses on breath work, body awareness, and balancing the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice. 

Katy is a Christian, a wife, and a mother to a spunky 6-year-old, Brock.
